Our website provides information about our services and allows you to book a consultation call with us. Any paid engagement (such as the Clarity Report or a build engagement) is provided under a separate agreement, and these Terms do not by themselves create any such engagement.

4. Booking, attendance, and cancellations
When you book a call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Where stated at the time of booking, rescheduling may not be offered and missed calls may not be eligible to rebook. Please only book a time you can commit to.
5. Communications (email, phone & WhatsApp)
By booking a call you agree to receive service messages about that booking (such as confirmations and reminders) by email, phone, and WhatsApp. With your consent, we may also send you marketing communications. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply to SMS or WhatsApp messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
